Candidate Information Notice
This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Armin İlaç Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, for the purpose of informing our job applicants about the processing of their personal data.
Identity of the Data Controller
Armin Pharmaceutical Industry and Trade Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Armin Pharmaceutical” or “the Company”) acts as the data controller under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Your Personal Data That Is Processed
The following categories of personal data may be processed in connection with your job application:
Identity: first name, last name, date of birth.
Contact Information: phone number, email address, mailing address.
Personal and Professional Experience: resume (CV), educational background, work experience, certifications, foreign language proficiency, course and training information.
Visual Records: your photo, if included in your resume.
References: the first name, last name, title, and contact information of the individuals you list as references.
Transaction Security: IP address and log information generated during the use of the application form.
We do not request special category personal data (such as health data, membership in associations/foundations/unions, criminal convictions, etc.) from you during the application process; we kindly ask that you do not include such information in your resume. You are expected to have informed the individuals you list as references that their information will be shared with our Company.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
— to conduct the recruitment, selection, and placement processes for job applicants,
— to assess your suitability for the position you applied for,
— to communicate with you regarding the application process,
— to conduct reference checks when necessary,
— storing your resume for future suitable positions, provided you have given your explicit consent,
— and is processed solely for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations and providing evidence
in the event of potential disputes.
Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK): being directly related to the conclusion of a contract (pre-employment evaluation), the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right; and the legitimate interests of the data controller. The retention of your resume for future job openings, however, is based solely on your explicit consent; you may withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through both automated and non-automated methods, including the career application form on our website, email, career and job platforms, resumes submitted in person or by mail, and interviews.
Transfer of Personal Data
As a general rule, your personal data is not shared with third parties. It may be transferred only to the extent necessary and proportionate for the purposes listed above to our business partners from whom we receive IT infrastructure and hosting services, to human resources consulting firms if services are utilized during the hiring process, and to public institutions and organizations authorized by law. In the event of a transfer abroad, we act in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
Retention Period for Personal Data
If your application is successful, your personal data will be transferred to your personnel file and will be subject to the privacy notice for employees. If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be retained for a maximum of 1 (one) year from the completion of the hiring process; if you have given your explicit consent, it will be retained during this period to be considered for future job openings. At the end of this period, or if you withdraw your explicit consent, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK;
— the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed;
— if processed, the right to request information regarding such processing;
— the right to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose;— the right to know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, whether within or outside the country;
— the right to request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data;
— to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set forth by law,
— to request that third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of any corrections or erasures,
— to object to a decision made solely through automated processing that adversely affects you,
— to
request compensation for damages incurred as a result of unlawful processing.
Application Process
You may submit requests regarding your rights listed above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Submitting Requests to the Data Controller, along with information verifying your identity, to [email protected] via email or in writing to our headquarters address listed above. Your requests will be processed free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. If your request is denied, you retain the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
