Privacy Notice Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
This document has been prepared by Armin Pharmaceutical Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Categories of Personal Data Processed
The categories of personal data that may be processed by Armin Pharmaceuticals are as follows:
- Identity: first name, last name, and similar information.
- Contact: phone number, email address, and address.
- Customer and Transaction: requests, dealership, and service records.
- Transaction Security: IP address, cookie records, log records, and browser information.
- Marketing and Inquiries: Information submitted via contact forms and other inquiries.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- To promote products and services and to manage franchise and job application processes.
- To evaluate and respond to requests, questions, and complaints.
- To comply with pharmaceutical and medical device regulations and other legal obligations.

Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data will be shared, limited to the purposes stated above and in accordance with the Law, with: authorized public institutions and organizations (such as the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, customs and tax authorities), business partners, suppliers, legal and financial advisors, and technical service providers such as hosting, email, and analytics providers.
As a general rule, your personal data is not transferred abroad. However, within the scope of the cloud and analytics services used, certain technical data may be transferred to servers located abroad in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 9 of the Law.
Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected through website forms, email, telephone, physical and electronic documents, and cookies, using both automated and non-automated methods.
Data processing is based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Law: the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment or exercise of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller; and, where necessary, on your explicit consent.
Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing and for the statutory retention periods specified in applicable laws (such as the statutory periods for commercial and tax records). Upon the expiration of this period or the cessation of the purpose of processing, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, your rights are as follows:
- To find out whether your personal data has been processed and, if so, to request information regarding such processing.
- To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether within the country or abroad.
- To request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data.
- To request the erasure or destruction of your data.
- To request that the parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of any corrections, erasures, or destruction.
- Object to a decision made solely through automated systems that results in a negative outcome for you.
- To request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding your rights listed above, along with information verifying your identity, via email to [email protected] or in writing to our headquarters address. Your requests will be processed free of charge within thirty days, depending on their nature. If your request is denied, you retain the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
